A rare chance to hear all Bach's Partitas and Sonatas played by Benjamin Baker, a violinist who is gaining world wide acclaim with his 'out of body' playing. He describes performing all six works as a journey for both performance and audience. The concert will be in three sections, with a short break between each and will start at 6.30pm.

"Bach’s Second Partita, culminating in its colossal Chaconne: perfect of intonation, warmed by vibrato at carefully chosen points, utterly meaningful in every phrase so that the listener couldn’t lose focus." The Arts Desk
